No matter what you do, there will always be nay-sayers out there to stand in your way. There is always going to be someone there telling you that you can't accomplish your goal. Nay-sayers will usually say things such as this:

-You can't do it.

-It's too hard.

-You're wasting your time.

-Why don't you try this? You'll be better at it.

-That won't work.

If you think 'well, everybody's telling me I can't, so I guess I can't., you're letting their words get to you. When you think 'Hey, I'm the only one in charge of what I can and can't accomplish, and I'm going to make it no matter what they say.', it's a much more positive direction to go. These people will tell you that they're looking out for you and that they only want and know what's best for you, but you're the one that truly knows.
